Paige first came to Broad Oaks Nursery on her college placement was offered a job in January 2013.

Paige is our Toddler Room Leader, working 5 days a week, term time. Paige has 2 children of her own, Leo and Sonny.

“As the oldest sibling of a big family I have always been surrounded by babies and younger children. I was always trying to be ‘mother hen’ to my younger brothers and sisters and knew from a young age that childcare would be the career path I would choose. From the first day I arrived at Broad Oaks on my college placement I felt welcomed straight away, then when I was offered to carry on my course through an apprenticeship I couldn’t wait to start! I worked hard and completed my Level 3 and have never looked back since!

Working at Broad Oaks is more like a family, we have worked together for such a long period of time and we all work so well as a team! Encouraging and supporting children to achieve their goals and reach new milestones is so rewarding and we do this daily by planning and preparing fun and exciting activities for all children’s individual needs”.
